Refund policy
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. In the rare case of defects, we will provide a replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lumiqbottle.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our factory/warehouse for inspection, as we process refunds after receiving and evaluating returned items. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We recommend inspecting your bottle within 3 days of receiving your order. If you notice any issues with your item upon arrival or receive the wrong product, please let us know right away so we can make it right for you. We're committed to ensuring you receive a properly functioning product. Like any quality item, your Lumiq Bottle may experience natural wear with ongoing use. Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects but doesn't extend to the changes that could occur through regular enjoyment of your bottle, including battery performance, charging functionality over its lifespan, or accidental glass breakage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Refunds and returns are not applicable for Replacement parts and Digital products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Upon delivery to the specified address, we regret to inform you that we are unable to assume responsibility for any instances of theft concerning the merchandise. Items can be returned if you have initiated a return request within one week of delivery due to an issue with the delivered items. In case of a manufacturing error or defect, we ask that you provide us with video proof so we can assist to the best of our abilities. Please note that issues related to the battery, charging, and glass breakage are not covered by the standard warranty.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Fulfilled Status
Orders that have been fulfilled/shipped can not be cancelled and requested for an address change before it gets delivered as the package can not be influenced midway.
Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we cannot control and also delays if a holiday season is approaching.
We are not liable for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, courier errors, strikes or delays, nor for any additional costs, customs or back-end charges. No refunds will be given for these circumstances. If the courier did not deliver the order and the tracking number shows that the order was incomplete, the only way we can resolve this is to reship.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Kindly note that, the return fees are not covered by us.
