Been quite a shocker

I've been using this bottle for the past few weeks, I read all the benefits of hydrogenated water and had to try. This was the best one I could find. As far as the benefits go, I have noticed some changes and have not gotten ill in the past few months even once. The bottle itself is AWESOME. Decided to try this after reading a study on hydrogen water.  I am middle aged and work out a lot. So, sometimes I have some wrist and joint pains.
